I have been in the automotive industry for more than 20 years and still only see a small number of women in senior roles during the course of my work. The statistics of women in the industry is quite shocking.
Hence I was very happy to speak at The Women in Engineering Conference, organised by the International students at the Grenoble INP Génie Industriel.
